      • Parks $3,907,000(12.4% less than the general average)

    • Overall-7.7% lower than last years average of expenditures

    • Contractors are not passing material costs on that have been on the rise according to the Associated General Contractors of America.
    • Anyone waiting to build will pay more regardless of economic conditions.
