Sentences:A sentence is a complete thought. All sentences must: Begin with a capital letter. End with a punctuation mark. Be broken down into two parts. Subject(naming part): is who the sentence is about. Predicate(telling part): is what the sentence is about.
Four Types of Sentences:Sentences are broken down into four types. Declarative Interrogative Imperative Exclamatory These four types of sentences are used everywhere and they always begin with a capital letter and end with a punctuation mark.
