Creates community and sustainability model. </li></ul>

  • 9. Features of the project <ul><li>The original story provides the seed-corn material and catalyst for the development of the participants' digital stories (to be translated). </li></ul>
  • 10. Features of the project <ul><li>Participants will develop their election platform and discuss how to present their ideas to the electorate, They have to get acquainted with role of parliament , government and other state structures. </li></ul>

Features of the project <ul><li>Different teams work simultaneously and edit or rewrite same story. </li></ul><ul><li>Politics is not just “filling in the blanks” in the story, it is about modifying the story itself, changing examples and illustrations and developing new material. </li></ul>

Work packages <ul><li>Il progetto è diviso in Unità di lavoro chiamate work packages </li></ul><ul><li>In totale ci sono 7 workpackages </li></ul><ul><li>Tutti i partners sono coinvolti in quasi tutti i wpgs </li></ul><ul><li>Ogni partner è responsabile di un wpg </li></ul><ul><li>L’Italia è responsabile del wpg 6 </li></ul>
  • 14. Workpackage 6 <ul><li>Aims/objectives : </li></ul><ul><li>Guarantee the POLITICS project is sustainable after the EU funding is over. </li></ul>

Workpackage 6 <ul><li>How work is organized: </li></ul><ul><li>Every partner is responsible for the work in WP 5 in their own country. </li></ul><ul><li>This enables them to take into consideration local differences and situations. </li></ul><ul><li>Each partners prepares a sustainability plan which is based on the findings of the user requirements phase and consists of concrete measures of how to develop and implement the POLITICS network and solutions it provides. </li></ul>

Workpackage 6 <ul><li>Partners send the paper to each other at least 1 week before the full consortium meetings, which enables the partnership to look over what other have planned . </li></ul><ul><li>In this way discussions during the meeting will be more fruitful. </li></ul><ul><li>The leader of WP 6 will be responsible for summarizing and harmonizing partners’ sustainability plans into one document. </li></ul>

Workpackage 6 <ul><li>How work is organized/deliverables: </li></ul><ul><li>By month 8 ‘Sustainability Plan & Perspectives’ is ready based on information from every partner. </li></ul><ul><li>It focuses on the further sustainability of the POLITICS course and how to integrate it into bigger programmes organized by third parties (such as native language promotion events etc.) </li></ul><ul><li>Directions for the sustainability and continuation of the POLITICS courses outside partner countries will also be explored </li></ul>

Workpackage 6 <ul><li>‘ School Affiliation Program’ POLITICS Club- </li></ul><ul><li>concerns the creation of a European-wide network of interested schools/teachers , </li></ul><ul><li>based on existing structures such as schoolheads associations, teachers unions, Miksike networks . Etc. </li></ul>

Workpackage 6 <ul><li>Connected schools get easier access to data and contacts necessary to provide a fruitful POLITICS learning. </li></ul><ul><li>Also know-how is provided as to how schools may apply for additional funding from local governments and also opportunities provided through EU (e-Twinning etc.). </li></ul><ul><li>Connected schools in POLITICS are called the “POLITICS Club” </li></ul>
