LaDonna Coy commented on Choosing & Using Social Media Tools The original deck has hyperlinks within the deck so that I could go to slide 10 and, based on what the group wanted to learn more about following the Social Media Game, we could click to the slide, click on the link and go live via the Internet and then click the circle on each slide to return to slide 10. I have some colleagues I asked recently, "What if training and technical assistance were no longer funded? What kind of system for supporting learning would we propose?" I was told not to ask hard questions at the end of the day (grin). This question, your question, is a better one to ask! LaDonna Coy commented on Communities of Practice and their Technologies While I understand and agree that tech for sharing info is the predominant mindset, I am curious about the bullet point that the "use of tech for social networking is unexplored" given the variety of social networking sites and Forums for this purpose? Perhaps I am missing the meaning or intent here? It would also be great to learn more about the wiki portal, content-based e-learning platorm developed by German partners and how it supports CoPs. My curiosity is piqued. 3 years ago
