    • High-velocity change has eliminated the need for many jobs,
    • You need to reframe your relationship with the organisation, subsequently with the customers and competitors,
    • Constantly upgrade your skills, stay flexible, and NEVER think that the employer will protect your future!,
    • Take personal responsibility for your career , put faith in the future and in yourself, embrace change and develop the work habits you need for job success in the Information Age.
