  2. 2. In all cases (pre-registered or on-site registered) an FFA advisor will need to pick up the chapter packet with delegate badges, etc., at the Convention Registration Desk. The Registration Desk will be located in the Bluegrass Pre-Function Area, Level 3 of the Lexington Center. Registration will be open on Monday, June 9th 2:00-4:00 p.m. and on Tuesday, June 10th 8:30-3:30 p.m. We ask that one person (advisor) handle the registration process for all members/advisors attending from their chapter. Due to security regulations at the Lexington Center, all guests will be required to register for the Convention. Guests may simply come by the registration desk in the Bluegrass Pre-Function Area and complete a guest registration card. They will be given a guest badge which will permit them entry into all sessions and events. Remember to complete and return your “Certification of Delegates” form found in this mailing by May 1.
