The C6 database will continue to bemaintained by a global team of Research Analysts and Associates based throughout Asia,Europe, and USA.Mr Bensberg further noted that the increase of Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) reports ispartly due to the influx of new client money into the region. “With the amount of ForeignDirect Investment within ASEAN and neighbouring countries, companies need to havedetailed information on their clients.Robust Anti-Money Laundering polices are already inplace, and regulators such as the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) are constantlylooking to tighten policies where appropriate to prevent regulated companies takingunneccesary risks.
