  3. 3. Do’s <ul><li>Ethics are important when blogging. There are issues about if it is ok for anonymous users to use false identities for privacy. </li></ul><ul><li>The first amendment rights about freedom of expression allows bloggers to exercise fair comment . </li></ul>
  4. 4. Don’ts <ul><li>You should never plagiarize someone else's work </li></ul><ul><li>You may disagree with what someone posts, but do not engage in flame wars. </li></ul><ul><li>Think about consequence when blogging. You can get into trouble if you allow it. </li></ul>
  5. 5. Do’s <ul><li>Respond to comments; readers took time out to respond to your posts </li></ul><ul><li>Be mindful of what you post; don’t offend readers with your blog content </li></ul>
  6. 6. Don’ts <ul><li>Don’t publish material that someone may consider defamatory. </li></ul><ul><li>Don’t republish copyrighted information that is not your own. </li></ul>
