    Advantages of Tiles
  • 24. Durability : If the right product is chosen and maintained properly, it could easily last the life time of the construction. Stain Resistant : Glazed tiles and some unglazed tiles resists practically all Solutions that could cause stains in other types of floor coverings. Hygienic : The face of ceramic tile will not retain liquids, nor will it absorb smoke, fumes, or odors. Easy to Clean : Plain water or a damp mop is generally all that is required to keep the tile clean. Scratch and Scuff : Ceramic tiles are resistant to scratches, scuffs and Resistant indentations better than any other floor covering. Resistant to Fading : Ceramic tile will not fade due to sun light or electrical light. Resistant to Burns : Cigarettes or fire place sparks are no problem for ceramic tile. Environmental Friendly : Ceramic tile body is 100% natural. Why you should use Regency ceramic tiles ?
  • 25. Comparison of Regency ceramic tiles with Natural stones Due to natural occurrence and layer formation small invisible cracks is common, less mechanical resistance High flexural strength and high compressive strength as the tile is produced in hydraulic press at high pressing force Surface is not stain proof, requires usage of sealing agents and polishing is required to make the surface stain proof Surface of ceramic tiles is impervious hence maintenance is easy Cracks and fissures are common in natural stones, no consistency in surface Consistency in surface finish and shade Granite has got a tendency of peeling of grains on usage No peeling of grains Abrasion resistance of marble is poor Resistant to abrasion if they are selected and used as per the recommendation Marbles are not resistant to acids Resistant to chemical attack Medium to Heavy weight Light weight. Only few designs are available Any design can be produced. Available in limited range Available in wide range of colors. Marble / granite Ceramic tiles
