In this presentation I want to share with you the aha moment I got when I first read about customer development, minimal viable products, pivots and the business model canvas. After introducing these concepts I'll also explain why these methodologies are universally useful and can be applied to any product/service, in both business and governmental/not for profit settings. I'll finish the talk explaining how Drupal can be used as the ultimate minimal viable product machine to make sure you build something your customers will actually want.
