Installation of softwares like Windows XP or Windows 2003 Server is done through voice call guidance where the above mentioned tools can not be used due to having no operating system.
Demonstration
Windows based application demo is done using Team Viewer or Ultra VNC or Remote Desktop.
Web based application demo is done on demo server and explained via chat, skype or telephonic conversation.
Emergency Calls

Resolution of bug will be done based on severity of the issue.
