The timeless Coca Cola bottling plant stands at the corner of Michigan Avenue and Davis Street in south St. Louis,
nestled within the historic Carondelet Neighborhood.

Plans for the 155,500 sf development include more than 80 residential apartments and approximately 25,000 square feet
of commercial and retail space. The project is funded through the HUD 221D4 Multi-Family Program.
