BMC BSM Project Updates (Updates for September 2009) <ul><li>Following Projects are completed by Vyom Labs in month of </li></ul><ul><li>October 2009 </li></ul><ul><li>Project – BMC Remedy Service Desk integration into support portal for a large BMC Partner in India </li></ul><ul><ul><li>BMC Remedy ITSM 6.3 helpdesk integration with partner portal for consistent look and feel to customers </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Integrated the portal with BMC Remedy helpdesk for raising the ticket, updating the ticket, closing the ticket, creating various tasks etc </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>This project is handled completely (Project Management, Solution Architecture, Implementation ) by Vyom Labs </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Organization is a large BMC partner in India who is handling large clients in banking and Telecom domain </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Project – BMC Remedy ARS based custom application development and enhancements for large telecom company in Europe </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>A large telecom company in Europe wanted to implement several enhancements into one of the custom apps build on top of Remedy for paperless order management </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Vyom labs has done several improvements to the custom app base infrastructure to incorporate new changes into the application </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>We have also extended the application for several of other customers of the client and implemented customer specific enhancements. </li></ul></ul>

BMC BSM Project Updates (Updates for October 2009) <ul><li>Project – ITIL v3 compliance verification for ARS based bespoke application </li></ul><ul><ul><li>A large BMC partner was in the process of transitioning a bespoke BMC Remedy based telecom application from another company and want to verify ITIL v3 compliance for the application </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Vyom Labs has handled the project end to end from verifying the evidence, checking the compliance, documenting the GAPs and GAP presentation to customer </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>All the GAPS have been identified and agreed upon by the customer </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Project has been awarded to Vyom to fill all the identified GAPs </li></ul></ul><ul><li>Project - BMC Remedy ITSM 7.5 implementation – commissioning of first phase </li></ul><ul><ul><li>A large technology company in India wanted to implement BMC Remedy ITSM 7.5 for entire India operations. This was first Remedy 7.5 project is India at large scale </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Vyom labs has handled the project end to end from defining the scope, suggesting the hardware, end user workshops, installation and configuration, UAT, move to production and go live </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>First phase of the project consisting of BMC Remedy Asset Management, BMC Atrium CMDB, SSO and LDAP integration, Microsoft SMS integration is complete and went into production </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Further phases are in progress. </li></ul></ul>

BMC BSM Project Updates (Updates for October 2009) <ul><li>Project – BMC Performance Manager Implementation for large US based insurance company </li></ul><ul><ul><li>A large US company in Insurance segment wanted to implement BMC performance Manager to streamline the IT infrastructure monitoring within the organization </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>This insurance company had Tivoli solution and wanted to migrate to BMC Performance Manager </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Vyom Labs took part in offshore project using right shoring model where a small team is onsite and rest of the team is from offshore </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Installed BMC Datastore, BMC Portal kit, BMC Remote Service Monitor on Production Server </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Created Infrastructure groups under different locations, Conducted Foundation Data Work Shop </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Configured Monitoring for different Application Servers, Web Servers, Database Servers, Network Devices. </li></ul></ul><ul><ul><li>Our team worked as part of USA based BMC Partner team in this project. </li></ul></ul>
