    1. 1. Preparing forCRM SegmentationFebruary 2012
    2. 2. Updates to CRM These are the new fields in your CRM client records.
    3. 3. Updates to CRM Category 1 was renamed to Personal Relationship
    4. 4. Updates to CRM Real Estate Relationship (Targeted messaging)
    5. 5. Updates to CRM Standardized Sales Status (Prospect, WA, RWA...)
    6. 6. Updates to CRM Audited Flag (Check if you have audited the record)
    7. 7. Updates to CRM Flag for Review (Check if you want to review the record at a later time)
    8. 8. Client Audit Tool This is the Client Audit Tool which will make segmenting your CRM records much easier and faster. *Launching the Audit Tool may take a few moments depending on the number of clients in your CRM.
    9. 9. Client Audit Tool Clicking on the name will open up CRM. If you see a little icon next to the name, hovering your mouse over it will open up a window displaying information from CRM. *We recommend you do not edit records with the Audit Tool and CRM at the same time.
    10. 10. Client Audit Tool You can use these filters to focus on a particular group of clients. We recommend starting with your Personal Network. The filtering is live, so the clients being displayed will change as soon as you change a filter value.
    11. 11. Client Audit Tool You can use these filters to quickly identify certain clients within a group -- for example those clients in your Personal Network who are missing a home address, or those you flagged for review.
    12. 12. Client Audit Tool Clicking Reset will return all the filter values to their default setting.
    13. 13. Client Audit Tool Click on Edit to update your client’s record with the Audit Tool.
    14. 14. Client Audit Tool You can update your client’s information from this screen. The new fields are indicated with the blue header.
    15. 15. Client Audit Tool To get the most out of segmentation your focus should be on the home address...
    16. 16. Client Audit Tool ...and the Real Estate Relationship field. The RER is what we will use to send targeted messages on your behalf.
    17. 17. Client Audit Tool If you have any questions about the definitions simply hover your mouse over the tiny help bubbles and a definition window will appear.
    18. 18. Client Audit Tool When you come across a client you would like to follow up with, simply click the Flag for Review button and return to the record at a more convenient time. You can display all the records you flagged for review using the filter.
    19. 19. Client Audit Tool Marking a client as Archive will inactivate the record -- the client will no longer appear in your CRM. This is useful for records that are completely bogus or duplicates. We recommend using this very sparingly.
    20. 20. Client Audit Tool Once you have audited your client, click on the Audited button and then click Save. *It will take about 5 minutes for the changes to upload to CRM. Additional changes to the record from the Audit Tool during this time will be locked out.
    21. 21. Client Audit Tool You can use the Audited filter to view the clients you have or haven’t audited. The counter at the top will track the total number of clients you have audited.
    22. 22. Client Audit Tool If you have any questions, please refer to the FAQ by clicking on this link.
    23. 23. Client Audit Tool If you have any feedback, additional questions or concerns, or a best practice you’d like to share, please click on the Feedback link.
    24. 24. Happy Segmenting!
