  3. 3. STEP-1:- CONCENTRATE ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA WHICH IS POPULAR AMONGST ALL THE AGE GROUPS . Ask the aisecers to upload “status updates” on the most popular social media: FACEBOOK and TWITTER. These “status updates” would be read by more and more people connected to our aisecers would read them and a fraction of them will inquire about our activities. Day to day updates about aisec’s work and thus provide more and more details to them about our work in an interesting manner rather than asking them to attend seminars. This will save our time and promote our work to more and more people possible.
  4. 4. STEP-2:- UPLOAD VIDEOS AND PICTURES ON THE SITES LIKE : YOUTUBE AND PICASA . The videos could be based on any topic which has aisec as a functioning unit. These should be of 2 kinds:- The first kind should be strictly focused on attracting the youth towards development of their own as well as their environment. The second kind should be targeted towards the age group of 40-60 because these are the people who would guide the youth by public speaking or teaching or consulting them and motivate their ideas and asking them to add in an organization like ours. These would help our fan pages grow on a faster pace and would also help spread awareness about aisec amongst almost all the age groups accessing the world wide web.
  5. 5. STEP-3:- DESIGN GAMES FOR THE SOCIAL MEDIA. The games should be designed on various levels like:- The first stage should be designed as the personal interview type of environment. So that the youth would have an idea of the kind of corporate environment which aisec has to offer them. The second stage should be the FCP. These should be designed in such a manner that the youth gets attracted to the working pattern and comes to us to enhance his skills. The third and the successive stages should be put in such a code which evaluates the persuading skills and his vocabulary and gives him an interesting environment to spend time on. This would create a lure in him to come to the aisec office n experience the thrill of developing his skills LIVE. There should also be points kept in order to track him to our parties. He should also get an account of our joyful environment where ‘ work like to party’. Thus demonstrating these scopes to the younger ‘development hungry’ population we would have a larger turn out of masses approaching us and embracing our ideas.
  6. 6. STEP-4:- ASKING OUR CORPORATE PARTNERS TO HELP US GROW ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA. By asking for this type of help from our corporate supporters we would be benefited more in the corporate side. Once a corporate on a higher post praises our work and gives his vote of thanks to our efforts we would be definitely be able to present ourselves to other corporate houses in a better way and also will be able to picrate aisec before the young crowd approaching us with a better and even stronger back. We can even consult some of the politicians and our national board who have a of advisors very good image in almost all age groups to give our activities an importance on their blogs. This would help aisec develop its image in the society as well.
  7. 7. STEP-5:- MAKING ATTRACTIVE APPLICATIONS ON THE SOCIAL MEDIA. These are the applications which should be intended to explain them the number of roles which they can have in aisec. Like:- There are many applications on FACEBOOK which tell the user the kind off person he is, the type of attitude he has, his “gangster name”,etc. Thus in this manner our application would have sum 8-10 questions before the user and based on that our program would decide the kind off role he should have in aisec. This would help him discover his potential and liking towards our organization.
  8. 8. STEP-6:- CREATING FAN PAGES AND UPDATING THEM DAILY. We should upload our fan page daily and these updates should be precisely focused on each an every aspect of a better living that a youth thinks of. We must upload our working style and at the same time we should also pictorate our party atmosphere. This section should be specifically focused on the corporate media like the LINKED IN which would help the corporates know more about us and thus this would lead to a better response to aisec when its members knock their doors for raises or matches.
  9. 9. STEP-7:- PUBLISH SPECIAL AISEC HOMEPAGES AND THEMES. Nowadays it has been noted that most of the people praise ORKUT on only one aspect i.e. the various kinds of themes which it provides for the user’s profile. The profile tune is also one such point on which ORKUT scores. Thus providing jives as the profile tunes and our NCS,JNS and NLDS T-shirts prints and posters as themes would grow their interest in our activities. Nowadays it has also been noted that many students prefer keeping the APPLE.COM and NASA.COM as their homepages instead of the YAHOO and GOOGLE ones. This is because these sites provide regular updates of their products and upcoming offers and events on their sites and hence students tend to go through it once and then start their surfing hours.
