  • Lezen koste tijd en de consument van nu heeft weinig tijd. Uit onderzoek blijkt dat mensen in een scannende en orienterende modus op internet alleen koppen, bullets en maximaal 5 regels tekst lezen.
  • Vroeger konden alleen grote organisaties met grote budgetten consumenten via RTV campagnes bereiken, nu ook kleine eenmans bedrijfjes op zolderkamers.
  • De consument haakt af, deze heeft geen zin meer in het geschreeuw aan zijn kop. Wil dat er naar hem of haar geluisterd wordt.
  • De consument van tegenwoordig heeft weinig en wil liefst geen tijd besteden aan saaie dingen. Hij of zij wil enkel relevante informatie en functionaliteiten aangeboden krijgen. Al het andere is niet interessant. Door ervaring weten wij heel goed de optimale balans of sweetspot te vinden in deze curve. Dit resulteert in interfaces die doeltreffend zijn en leuk om mee te werken.
