Basic search statistics

0-results are the most interesting to solve

Take care of and work with the top 200 search queries

Work with “Key matches”

Scope Show stats for: today, latest week, month, year Choose time period Show stats Report generated: N:o searches this year Search queries giving 0 results Most common search queries hitta (Swe) = find Query N.o:

Search queries with 0-results Search query N:o queries

Most common search query words Query N:o queries

A list of all key-matches Title and link for key-match For what scope the key-match is valid Description for the key-match Active? Keywords

Identifying duplicate content

Search engine crawls the content

and calculates the document checksums

If checksums match = candidate for deletion/consolidation

URL-service helps us consolidate different links (to duplicate content)

We can structure the answers/questions

Able to pick up important information in the background

Send the info to: the help desk or the development team or by email to an appointed person

Notifying content editors

When the “update by” date is near, the content editor/owner is notified.

The Content editor/owner can choose to: Update, archive or delete the content

If content is not updated, then it will be automatically archived when “update by” date has passed

Some content is set to be archived directly at a given date.

All information has a revision date

All information has an updated date

All information has a person responsible for it

All persons have a manager (good for escalation)
