  3. 3. Analogy<br />Anyone who has ever attended a conference has discovered there was a much learning going on in the hallways as there is in class.<br />REBarCamp turns the conference inside out. We put the hallways in the classroom<br />We learn from each other in sessions designed for the attendee to participate and get questions asked on their level<br />
  4. 4. How does it work?<br />Participants agree to lead discussions on topics they are proficient in<br />The morning of the event we post a time-grid on the wall<br />Huge stickys are placed in the time slots<br />
