    Anyone who has ever attended a conference has discovered there was a much learning going on in the hallways as there is in class.
    REBarCamp turns the conference inside out. We put the hallways in the classroom
    We learn from each other in sessions designed for the attendee to participate and get questions asked on their level

    Participants agree to lead discussions on topics they are proficient in
    The morning of the event we post a time-grid on the wall
    Huge stickys are placed in the time slots

    People who have a desire to learn, people who are not satisfied with status quo
