        Asia- Pacific, 18 Eastern Europe, 27 L.A and Caribbean States

    ICC TODAY

       ICC is one of the few organizations that can hold presidents,
        ministers and similar officers individually responsible for crimes

       2/3rds of votes needed to take action

       If the ICC does not have jurisdiction over a certain country (like
        Syria), the UN can still give it permission to become involved.
        Nevertheless the UN is failing to do so.

       When the person who committed the crime cannot pay, the ICC
        will provide the money from it‟s trust fund
