  • 2. Survivor is Looking for its next Location!
Over the past few weeks we have been examining numerous places around the world. It is now your turn to examine these places more in-depth.
  • 3. Scenario:
    The TV show “Survivor” has
asked you to pick the next place to hold their
upcoming season. You will also be participating in the show. The host of “Survivor,” Jeff Probst, has told you that you will have to survive on nothing but a piece of flint to make fire, a knife, and your bathing suit. Since this is the case you would want to make your experience as easy as possible so you start to think of all the wonderful places your amazing social studies teacher has had you investigate throughout your geography unit. As you look through the beautiful pictures of those six places you had to write about a light bulb pops on in your head and you realize that one of those six places is truly easier to survive in.

Task: Out of the six places that you worked out on the chart, which do you believe would be the easiest habitat to survive in? Choose that place and make a brochure or a short video about that includes all of the categories discussed on the chart. You should include pictures or examples of material, etc.
