  • dh17866 D H , NA at NA As a satisfied Zappos customer I agree on what you've said in these slides. It comes from the top and I think Mr. Hsieh is doing a good job so far. I think these slides would have benefitted from some striking visuals images to drive home the points. For example #12, a picture of someone looking out to a horizon or something. The content is great. I think you guys need to create a 'Zappos way' and then your CEO can write the book. 3 years ago Reply
