    3. 3. Purpose of Texas STaR Chart <ul><li>The Texas STaR Chart is designed to help teachers, campuses, and districts determine their progress toward meeting the goals of the Long-Range Plan for Technology , as well as meeting the goals of their district. </li></ul>
    4. 4. Texas Long Range Plan for Technology (Texas LRPT) <ul><li>Teaching & Learning focuses on the instructional needs of teachers and the learning needs of students in meeting the vision of technology in education. </li></ul>
