  • I am regular customer of big baazar since 2009. I have recently visited the store on 15.01.2014 & shop for 1779 from V3S mall big bazaar.

    I have been given big bazaar invite card voucher & told that you can show this invite at any store & will get a Rs. 100 coupon for shopping.

    I went to V3S Mall, Vikas Marg, Laxminagar, Delhi - 110 092 and show the invite card to customer care executive. he say that this invite card is not valid at this big bazaar. but I told him, in this invite card not mentioned that you will have to show to selected store. He said that I have been told my boss Mr. Amit Pandey. I request him to please talked to your boss.

    I talked to Mr. Amit Pandey around 15 Minute , he never accepted this invite, he told that this invite is not a V3S Mall, big bazaar. I tried to convey that this invite card will be shown at any big bazaar store which is already mentioned in invite card. but he never heard my request. even he said that you can visit my store in future.After his statement I felt very embarrass This type of statement/behavior is not suitable for big bazaar.
    I want you following clarification from your end.

    1. As per invite card, customer can show the this invite card at any big bazaar or not. if yes, then why did he not accepted this invite.

    2. Big Bazaar is a like super bazaar, not a baniye ki dukan, how told me that you can not come to my store.

    3. If you are providing a any invite card/coupon, please clearly mention the store from where customer can avail this facility, so that customer can not face this type of problem in future.

    Hello,

    My self Hiren Sanghvi, today i have visited big bazar (R city mall), i have visited foot section,

    from 30 minutes there was no no attendant, and after contacting to customer service centre (Mr. Khan Zameer) regarding complaint, he was also reluctant to take complaint for 10 - 15 minutes.

    I have told to khan to call main manager of big bazar, which he was unable to call as he was also not there.

    there were many other customer around me who was facing this problem, every body was busy in doing

    other work. and nobody was there to attain any customer.

    this was a very bad experience i have faced.



    please kindly lodge a complaint against Mr. Khan Zameer (Customer service centre), Mr. Mukund Sanghani (footware section attendant).
