    • Hardware InstallationConnect the I/O terminal block (IP PTZ camera) or the I/O wire (IP Speed Dome) to one of theOutput Module no. 1 ~8 on the GV-ASBox / GV-AS400.Configuring GV-PTZ010D / GV-PT110D1. Connect the GND pin (IP PTZ Camera) with the COM pin (GV-ASBox / GV-AS400 Controller).2. Connect the Input pin (IP PTZ Camera) with the NO pin (GV-ASBox / GV-AS400 Controller).     • Configuring GV-IP Speed Dome 1. Connect the green/black wire with the COM pin of the GV-ASBox / GV-AS400 Controller. 2.     • Web Interface ConfigurationSince the camera is connected to the GV-AS100 (GV-ASBox) / GV-AS400 through thecontroller’s output points. You need to enable and define the input module on the camera’sWeb Interface, and output module on the controller’s Web interface. For these I/O settings,you will go through the following sections:1. Configuring the Output on GV-AS100, or Configuring the Output on GV-AS4002. Configuring the Preset Points on the Camera3. Configuring the Input on the CameraConfiguring the Output on GV-AS1001. On the GV-AS100 Controller Web interface, select Advanced Settings and select In/Out Function. The AS100 I/O Configuration page appears.2. Specify the Output Function under the Output no. that you have connected a camera to. Select a Door and the card type (Entry Card or Exit Card) from the pull-down menus. ` Figure 43.     • Configuring the Output on GV-AS4001. On the GV-AS400 Controller Web interface, select Advanced Settings and select Output. The AS400 Output Configuration page appears.2. Specify the function of Output that you have connected a camera to. Select a Door and the card type (Entry Card or Exit Card) from the pull-down menus. ` Figure 53.     • Configuring Preset Points on the CameraFor the camera to monitor the entry/exit and return to a preset point, you need to configuretwo preset points, one at the door entry/exit, and the other at the place where you wish thecamera to return to. Follow the steps below:1. On the PTZ Control Panel, use the Pan / Tilt Control buttons to move the camera to the location of the door entry/exit in live view.2. To save this Preset point, click the Option button, select Preset Set and select the desired Preset number. Figure 63. A confirmation message appears. Click Yes.4.     • Configuring the Input on the Camera1. On the camera’s Web interface, select Digital I / O and PTZ Settings and select Input Settings. The Input Settings page appears.2. Select Enable, select Open Circuit, select Set PTZ camera to preset point, select the preset points for Input on, Input off, and Duration to set preset after input off. Figure 7 Input on: Direct the camera to a preset Entry/Exit point when the card reader is triggered. Input off: Direct the camera to another preset point when the triggering of the card is off. Duration to set preset after input off: Specify the amount of time the camera stays at the “Input on” preset point before moving to the “Input off” present point.3.
