commercial masonry cleaning
company in 1997, and have
cleaned over 2,000,000 square
feet of new masonry since then.
We take pride in being able to do
what other companies can not. We
are experienced in all types of
masonry stains and how to remove
and correct them. In 2003 we
began to offer waterproofing and
caulking services and since then
have waterproofed and caulked
1000’s of buildings. In 2008 we
started to offer masonry
restoration and tuck pointing
services and since then have
completed projects ranging from
historic restoration of schools to
simple new construction point-up.

Jay McDaniel ll started Sparkle Clean
in 1997 at the age of 17 . Originally a
pressure washing company, Sparkle
Clean grew to offer a wide variety of
restoration & waterproofing
services. In 2009 Jay decided to
incorporate Kool Green Restoration
and Waterproofing specializing in
commercial construction &
restoration. Jay has now grown to
running a successful business with
skilled employees .
