    • 3P’s  1. Purpose 2. Participants 3. Procedure      Questions to address What are you going to do or find out? Who will be assisting you in the data collection process? What is their role(s)? Who are your potential participants? What is their age range, language, and educational level?
    • 3R’s  1. Research location 2. Recruitment process 3. Risks involved       Questions to address How are participants going to be contacted? Who will be making the initial contact? What is the recruitment channel (i.e. F2F, flyer, online)? What will participants be doing in the study? Where are you going to collect the data? What are the risks involved in participating in the study?
    • ABC  1. Anonymity 2. Benefits 3. Confidentiality     Questions to address How do you plan to protect participants' identity? How do you plan to protect their privacy? How do you plan to protect their information provided? What are the direct and/or indirect benefits of the study to participants?
