  • Height, Good Eye Sight and Shape are all Genetic – meening they are inherited from your parents. Endomorph – a stocky body, large and round, shorter arms and legs, increase levels of body fat Mesomorph – Muscular Body, broad chest and shoulders, little body fat Ectomorph – Tall and Thin, little body fat
  • Determination – to suceed in practices or in game situations To keep trying until you could perform the skill even when you found it difficult
  • Your S’Grade Course requires you to adopt a RANGE OF DIFFERENT ROLES In addition to being a performer. This includes Helping other students – Observation, Feedback Coaching, Managing Being an Opponent in practices – Passive defending Opposing player i.e Goal Keeper in a shooting Practice Officiating
