      • Dear Mr. & Mrs.__________________________,
      •
      • Caddo Parish has an Attendance Policy in effect. Please refer to the school handbook
      • for this information.
      •
      • Attending school is a very important factor in school success. We are required to
      • teach each subject a specific number of minutes each day. In addition, students are
      • required to attend instruction for a required number of minutes in each school year.
      • One of the requirements to keep our funding for pre-k is that the
      • children be in attendance at least 90% of the month. Repeated absences may result
      • in your child being dismissed from the program
      • Your child, _________________________ has accumulated 5
      • absences this grading period. At this point, we are requesting a conference with you as
      • soon as possible. Please contact Mrs. Goree at (318) 631-7121 to schedule a
      • conference.
      •
      •
      • Sincerely,
      •
      •
      • Ms. Stacey Jamison
