    4. How we work:  Shipper prepares label on Mercury software.  Mercury courier picks up package and returns to Mercury office.  Mercury scans and re-labels package with major carrier label. This label is ‘tied’ to original Mercury label for tracking and billing purposes.  Major carriers pick up packages at Mercury’s office.  Mercury customer service tracks every package and notifies shipper of any issues.  Mercury sends customized invoice to shipper.
    5. One Stop Shopping  The Mercury shipping solution can be customized to deliver value across the entire company. The Mercury offering includes:  Domestic Overnight Express  International Express  Express Mail Postal Service shipments  Local Ground Transportation  24/7 Next Flight Out  Freight and Cargo  Special Services for unique shipment needs

Ease of Use  The Mercury Shipping Management Solution starts with our desktop “MercuryShip” software.  Our software can be easily accessed by every member of your organization with shipping needs.  It can also enable users to put in a (reference number) charge-back number for invoicing.  Once an address is input, the user simply prints a label on the local printer and places it on the shipment.  Users and recipients can then receive email notifications of shipment progress and POD.

Ease of Implementation  Once you decide to use Mercury we:  Provide and install our desktop shipping software.  Train all end users.  Deliver shipping supplies to your location(s).  Work with your accounting/finance department to ensure that you receive invoices when you want them with the information you need to have.  Schedule a regular pick-up or a system to call when a package(s) needs to be shipped.
    12. Post Implementation  Your satisfaction is critical to us.  Once you begin shipping with Mercury we provide weekly post implementation calls to review the start-up process until we both agree everything is working perfectly.  Your account manager will stay in contact to ensure you and all of your users are completely satisfied.  Any issues will be dealt with immediately and escalated accordingly.  WE LOOK FORWARD TO WORKING FOR YOU!
