KLM Beta installation instructionsRead these steps carefully before installing the KLM game beta.Phase 1Applying as a tester. 1. You’ll receive an invitation from TestFlight per email with the subject: “[...] has invited you to join the KLM team on testflightapp.com”. 2. Open this email on the device that you will use for betatesting the game, and tap on “Accept”. (see image 1) 3. You will be sent to a page where you will register as a new TestFlight user. Register here using the same email address as from where you received the invitation. Tap on “Sign Up” to complete your registration. (see image 2 & 3). You’ll receive an email as a confirmation. (see image 4)
Phase 2Once we have gathered all betatesters’ information, we upload the game beta to TestFlight. 1. You will automaticly get an email about this with the subject “[Game title] is now available”. 2. Tap on “Install” in the email, on the device where you registered your TestFlight account Note 1: Be sure you to do all this on one and the same device, being the device you use for the betatest. (see image 5) Note 2: Be sure the link opens in the Safari browser. If you opened the email in a different browser, be sure to copy the link by press and hold on the “Install”button untill the popup appears from which you select “Copy Link URL”. (see image 6)
3. Now, you’re almost ready to install the game. In the screen that appears, first tap on “Install Provisioning Profile”. (see image 8) This is required to authenticate you as a tester of the game on your device and has to be done only once!4. In the next screen, tap on “Install”, (see image 9) and again in the popup on “Install now”. (see image 10) The provisioning file is now installed. (see image 11)
5. Return to your Safari app. Here, tap on “Install”, (see image 12) to the far right, next to the app icon. In the popup saying “testflight.com would like to install ‘[Game title]’” tap on “Install”. (see image 13) The app will now be installed on your device. (see image 14)
6. Play the game by tapping the icon. (see image 15)
Phase 3Future updates. 1. If a new build is released, you will be notified automaticly via email. 2. Just tap the “Install” button in the email where you follow the same steps as from Phase 2 step 4Have fun betatesting! (see image 16)Problems downloadingIf you receive the message “Unable to download the Application”, try “Retry” (see image 17) untilit installs correctly. If this persists contact firstname.lastname@example.org or try again later.
