This was achieved with the help of over 120 trained database support engineers employing software/hardware tools systematically purpose built.  INEC Biometric Voters Registration/General Elections, Project Manager, January - June 2012 - Achievement: Successful biometric data capture of over 73.5 million voters and conduct of nationwide general elections, with coordinated effort from over 500,000 personnel deployed at various stages. Election and voters registration exercises cited as the most effective and credible in the Nigerias history.  Benue State (Nigeria) Automated Payroll System, Project Manager, August - December 2008 - Achievement: Lead consultant in the conceptualisation, design and deployment of Automated Personnel and Payroll System for the Benue State Government, in collaboration with the United Bank For Africa, UBA.  NANNM Laptop Acquisition Program, Project Manager, March - December 2008 - Achievement: Conceptualisation, design and roll out of a Laptop Acquisition scheme that facilitated the ownership and usage of laptops (plus printers, scanners, internet, training) by over 500 members of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives (NANNM).  USPF Schools Access Program, Project Manager, February - December 2007 - Achievement: Deployment of 11,000 units of Intels ClassMate PC (CMPC) with supporting Network (Mesh WiFi, VSAT) and alternative power infrastructure in 109 secondary schools across Nigeria; under the Pioneer edition of the Schools Universal Access Program to Digital Lifestyle – SUAP2DLS.  The Federal Government IPPIS project, Business Process Analyst (ICT), March - December 2007 - Achievement: Successful enrolment of staff from over 30 Federal Government Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs) in the Integrated Personnel and Payroll System (IPPIS). This process resulted in the weeding out of several thousand ghost workers and savings in billions of Naira for the Federal Government of Nigeria.  ETF-ICT Capacity Building Project for Visually Impaired, Project Manager, January – March 2006 - Achievement: Maiden Information and Communications technology (ICT) training for Visually impaired persons that produced over 30 Trainers that handled subsequent versions of the Program, sponsored by the Education Trust Fund (ETF).______________________________________________________________________________________________Resume 2
