Meets at the capital of Washington, D.C.</li></li></ul><li>Legislative<br />Making Laws<br />☺In order to pass a bill and send it to the President for his signature, the House and the Senate must pass the bill with majority vote. ☺<br />☺If the President votes a bill, they may override it by passing the bill with two-thirds of the majority of the other two branches.☺<br />
