Hi am a concerned student and I recomend all your efforts you have introduced in Uganda cirriculum, however, my worry is about the fees structure which is becoming more difficult especially for students paying in installments - in four equal installments and in local currency / Uganda shillings. Currently the exchange for the USd is high and to make matters worse even the insititute has risen the exchange rate four times within my 1st semster, Am worried this will affect my course and I beg the directors concerned to be considerate since this is not fair to a student who is commited, at least there should be a minimum exchange rate for the students instead of changing it every week as if the instute has become a forex bureaux . So far the course contents is the same so why change the exchange rate poDg01
