It may also contain background information about the organization or team attempting to reach those goals. A summary of how a business owner, manager, or entrepreneur intends to organize an entrepreneurial endeavor and implement activities necessary and sufficient for the venture to succeed
  3. 3. A clear statement of your company’s long-term mission.Try to use words that willhelp direct the growth of your company, butbe as concise as possible.
  4. 4.  List CEO and key management by name Include previous accomplishments to show these are people with a record of success Summarize number of years of experience in this field
  5. 5.  Market: past, present, & future:Review those changes in market share,leadership, players, market shifts, costs, pricing,or competition that provide the opportunity foryour company’s success
  6. 6.  Problems and opportunities:State consumer problems, and define nature ofproduct/service opportunities created by thoseproblems.
  7. 7.  Summarize key technology, concept orstrategy on which your business is based

  9. 9.  Five-year goals –State specific measurable objectives –State market share objectives –State revenue/profitability objectives
  10. 10.  High-level financial plan that defines financial model, pricing assumptions, and reviews yearly expected sales and profits for the next three years. Use several slides to cover this material appropriately
