    2. 2. SAKS FIFTH AVENUE NEW YORK <ul><li>Saks is an exclusive department store in the heart of New York City. </li></ul><ul><li>The first thing I bought from Saks was a Coach handbag </li></ul><ul><li>It has the best window displays in the world </li></ul>
    3. 3. The Brooklyn Bridge <ul><li>The first day in NYC I walked over the Brooklyn Bridge </li></ul><ul><li>The bridge cost over $15.1 million and approximately 27 people died during the construction </li></ul><ul><li>It took 14 years to complete starting in 1869 </li></ul>
    4. 4. Times Square <ul><li>Times Square was one of the busiest streets that I have ever walked on, but very exciting! </li></ul><ul><li>In 1999 for the millennium New Year approximately 2 million overflowed Times Square </li></ul>

The Empire State Building <ul><li>The Empire State Building is a 102-story Art Deco skyscraper </li></ul><ul><li>The first picture is taken from the top floor of the Empire State building </li></ul><ul><li>After the destruction of the Word Trade Center, the Empire State Building became the largest building in New York City </li></ul>
    6. 6. Rockefeller Center <ul><li>I went for lunch at the café at Rockefeller Center, and it was excellent </li></ul><ul><li>Known for the big Christmas tree with 30,000 coloured lights </li></ul>
    7. 7. Wall Street <ul><li>Wall Street is known to be a historical heart of the Financial District </li></ul><ul><li>It was built in 1914 </li></ul>
    8. 8. The Statue of Liberty <ul><li>I took this photograph as we passed the Statue of Liberty </li></ul><ul><li>The Statue of Liberty was a gift from France </li></ul><ul><li>She stands for freedom and democracy and international friendship </li></ul>
    9. 9. The W Hotel On Lexington <ul><li>The W New York is cool, sophisticated and trendy </li></ul><ul><li>In mid Manhattan easy walking distance to all incredible sites and shopping </li></ul>
