spider, i like your ideas esp sending to Bill Gates! What makes me nervous is the haikus are so nice we may want Windows to falsh the error messages often! good for aesthetics bad for productivity!!!

Nice words. Dramatic pictures could have boosted each message. A good assignment would be for each of us to take one slide and transform it with a graphic.
What if the impersonal and unhelpful Microsoft error messages were replaced with Haiku poetry? Haiku are used to communicate a timeless message, often achieving a wistful, yearning and powerful insight through extreme brevity.
