In fact, 44percent of the survey respondents said that concernsregarding VM backup and recovery prevented them fromvirtualizing mission-critical workloads.(The survey breaks out responses by region – US, UK,France and Germany – but the numbers cited in thisarticle refer to total percentages.)Not surprisingly, VMware vSphere is the leading virtualserver platform (73 percent), followed by MicrosoftHyper-V (28 percent) and Citrix Xen (27 percent).
