Kind Diet Review by Alicia Silverstone - Presentation Transcript
Alicia Silverstone is back in the spotlight, but this time because of a new diet she calls the Kind Diet. Alicia’s book refers to sticking to plant-based foods, which is her three step way towards better eating. The Kind Diet’s three steps are as follows, 1. Flirting- a diet that is rich in veggies, but includes a small amount of animal products. 2. Vegan – a diet with no animal products 3. Superhero, basically a vegan diet minus processed foods. I’ve personally been taking a look at various diets for years, and have tried more than my fair share of them as well. Becoming the expert in soaking beans, creating fresh vegetable juice, and becoming a regular at my local health food stores. Alicia’s Kind Diet is indeed a revolutionary idea, encouraging readers to swear off meat and dairy forever, while outlining the benefits of adopting a vegan type of lifestyle. According to Alicia, it is the best way to lose weight and achieving clear skin, achieving off the chart energy, and a smooth digestion. After trying the Kind Diet for several months, I’d highly recommend it. One thing that Alicia doesn’t touch on is the necessity of anti-oxidants into your diet, specifically Acai. Antioxidants on a diet rich on plant based foods is absolutely necessary for a proper maintained metabolism. We recommend, Acai Slim, a proven Acai supplement which has been seen on ABC, The New York Times, and CBS news!
