Name _Ykina White___Class Guided Reading______Date _4/6/2011___<br />*Lesson Topic / Title: Guided Reading/Daily 5-Groups<br />*Purpose / Rationale: The students will participate in reading with teacher.<br />*TEKS: 1.7B<br />*Instructional Objective(s): The student will read a book given by teacher with 80% accuracy when given directions.<br />*Materials (for both Teacher and Students):<br />Book <br />Pencil<br />Paper<br />*Anticipatory Set / Focus Activity: Lead discussion about the book followed by a picture walk.<br />*Body of Lesson, including Instructional Strategies and Teacher Modeling:<br />Guided Practice: The teacher and students will discuss the book selected.
