Exercising boosts one’s mood, helps stress control, and helps maintain a good weight2.  DON’T THINK YOU HAVE ENOUGH TIME 1.  time needed for a good workout: 5 days in a week of a 30 minute light workout such as walking or 20 minutes of a harder workout such as running or sports for 3 days a week.3.  DO WHATEVER IT TAKES 1.  Anything that gets you moving around counts as physical activity!
