    • Library RulesNo food or drink in the libraryNo Study hall passesNO computer games, Facebook, or videos during the school day at all!!
    • Rules cont.Computers are for Report cards held if school projects only fines not paid/ booksMust have a signed not returned internet form before you accessCheck out – 20 school daysOverdues - $.25 a day/per book
    • To log on the computers You will have to log on with your user name and unique password All programs will open Various programs will be in these folders
    • Student Programs include Encyclopedia2007 Microsoft Britannica Word/Excel EBSCOHost DatabasesPowerpoint Gale Databases Calculator Proquest Databases Library Reference/Card Catalog
    • Microsoft Word You can save to the network in your own private file on the H: drive Do not save to the desktop – it will disappear iMacs work a bit differently especially when saving and opening documents. See me for help saving on the iMacs – you will lose your work if you do not save correctly! Mrs. Moore highly recommends Zip/Flash drive All information is “dumped” at each year end
    • PrintingBe sure you know where you are printing your work. Look at the drop down arrow to select a printer .There are 3 printers in the Library:  US Library Copier  US Library Printer 1  US Library Printer 2 We do not have a color printer.
