  • This is where we are. We’ve got a good following. My overall question has little to do with growing an audience
  • The things we know.
  • Two goals from now on. Spend some time inciting change in the newsroom and spend more time with our audience and watching them
  • Find and incentivize the people who are ready for change. Get priorities.
  • Second, I need to watch people.
  • And look at every single action. A comment is a vote on that kind of story. An answer is insight into the audience. It’s not just a number.
