By offering these services, we can give young adults the chance to achieve their goals and become productive citizens in our communities. Currently housed at: Mt. Zion MBC 660 Hwy 79S Magnolia, AR 71753 Ye Juanda Sargent Project Director (870) 914-2726 Email: ightransitionalliving@live.com Computer Literacy Beginning July 5, at 10:00 a.m., we will offer basic computer training to individuals who sign into our outreach program. We have laptops that clients can access under supervision. The CLP is a 4-week curriculum, two hours per day, M-Th. Each Friday, we will have a workshop with a guest presenter. There will be an awards ceremony and a field trip each month for those successfully completing the program. The computers will be stored in a secure place and each client will be allowed to check them out for homework, research, social networking and tutoring during regular hours. Our focus will be on preparing resumes and designing PowerPoint presentations. Participants must fit low income and other criteria in order to participate. (Please see attached outline of course.)
