County Community Coalition Community Perception Survey This survey is designed to get an idea of what people think about youth alcohol use, not necessarily what the community members actually do. Please feel free to answer all questions openly and honestly. You are allowed to skip any question you are uncomfortable answering. Your individual answers will remain anonymous.
