2. Rules present perfect:
To form the present perfect, the auxiliary verb "to
have" in the present and the past participle of the
verb is used. For regular verbs, the past participle
is the simplest form of the past. See the lesson
on the simple past for more information on how to
form the past.

9. Rules there is/are
• The expressions there is and there are used in English to
indicate that an object or a person is in a specified place. The
particularity of these structures is that there is not the real
subject of the verb to be, although it precedes.
