        • It is necessary to absorb all of the experiences from overseas and incorporate the situations of China.

      • ITS deployment environment
        • The travelers violate traffic regulations frequently.
        • Therefore, the effects of the ITS deployments in China is not so satisfactory as in the developed countries
        • But in China, the target of ITS research and deployments is not only to enhance the traffic capacity but also to regulate the behaviors of travelers.
