    • Day 1 to Day 3: Developing the Coaches .
      • Specific case studies and role plays which will develop the skills and attitudes and put coaches in touch with their being.

    • Panel discussion on mentoring and servant leadership
      • We propose to invite great leaders such as Mr. A. P. J. Kalam, Mr. Narayan Murthy, Mr. Azim Premjee, etc.
    • 20 plus facilitators will work with 50 coaches to facilitate learning for 1200 mentors
      • Application of the learning in working with the coaches. Through some live instances of the challenges that they encounter and how to tackle them as they work with under-privileged children.
      • The objective is to make a fundamental shift in their world view which sees light even in darkness and gives them skills and tools to make that shift.
    • Day 5: Consolidation with the coaches
