A STARLIGHT CHILDREN’S FOUNDATION BENEFIT
CONCERT

The Starlight Foundation helps seriously ill children and their
families cope with their pain, fear and isolation through
entertainment, education and family activities.
The event will also include a TOY DRIVE , 50/50 DRAWING,
CAKE WALK & RAFFLES throughout the event.

MS. CHRISTMAS DAZZLE CHRISTMAS PAGEANT
Would you like to be crowned Ms. Christmas Dazzle 2009?
Be Creative and use your imagination to design and wear a
colorful Christmas outfit that stands out from the crowd!
A 1 ST , 2 ND , and 3 RD place winner will be selected.

application and bring it with you on November 15, along with
your $25 entry fee
(cash or money orders only please).
Participating businesses (vendors) will be raffling a gift
basket or gift certificate valued at $25.
Vendor Space is Still Available
Donations of new toys( unwrapped ), monetary gifts & gift cards,
“Home Made Cakes” for the Cake Walk are appreciated.
All Proceeds from this event will benefit Starlight
Florida

Anyone who is interested in being a Vendor, $25 per space
and a $25 Gift basket or Gift Certificate from each Vendor to
be raffled off.
Only one Vendor per company.
