  2. 2. Richard Neal lives in Portland, TN. He’s been married for a few years. He made a decision that‘enough was enough’ after he was diagnosed with high blood pressure due to his weight. He justHAD to do something about it.“I’m 26 years young and have high blood pressure? “Are you serious? Not me!”One day, Richard’s heart started to pound like he had a herd of horses inside. He thought, “NOWAY! Is this when I check out? It can’t be!” He reluctantly rushed to the emergency room in spiteof the fact that he had no health insurance, did not like doctors and was dreading the hospital billthat he could not pay.He was a little relieved when he discovered that his heart was fine and it was an anxiety attack.Richard asked himself, “How can I solve this sickness?
