Approximately 1/2 of the time is spent in interactive team activities with high interaction, dialog, and personal conclusions and action planning for participants. The workshop leader engages in detailed Q&A discussion throughout the workshop to assure thateach participant has ample opportunities to raise all their questions, and the implications for the participants are fully understood.
